Google was founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin on September 4, 1998. Before Google was formally formed as a company they worked from a garage and still did until they got enough money to buy their first company building.
When they created Google, Page and Brin were skating on thin ice with their budget as well as Ph.D students at Stanford. To say they were stressed was an understatement
